Movement

This inspiring painting celebrates the historical movement of The Jewish People through time. It's 'Genesis' is in the lower right with the 7 days of creation, moving up in time with Noah and Abraham to slavery and finally the Exodus from Egypt. In the lower left the Israelites enter their land, moving up in time through the Dispersion, Holocaust and return to Israel in 1948. The final images refer to a Messianic vision of eventual justice and peace on earth.
